Ingredients
- 350 gm Green unripe mango flesh, cut into long strips
- 25 gm Unsweetened grated coconut
- 25 gm Prawns
- 3 tblsp Shallots, sliced
- 5 Fresh green chilies, chopped
- 1 tblsp Palm sugar (or to taste)
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
Mix all the ingredients together. If not salty enough, add more fish sauce. If not sour enough add more lemon juice. |
