Ingredients
- 200 ml White vinegar
- 40 gm Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 gm Cucumber, quartered and sliced
- 50 gm Shallots, sliced
- 2 Fresh red chilies, sliced
Method
Mix together the vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to the boil and simmer until the quantity is halved.
When ready to serve, mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the reduced sauce. |
