Ingredients
- 1 tblsp Garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tblsp Shrimp paste, pan roasted in foil for 5 minutes
- 2 tblsp Dried shrimp pounded fine
- 2 Small green aubergines, skinned
- 10 Fresh green peas
- 15 Small fresh chilies (red or green)
- 2 tblsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tblsp Palm sugar
- 1 tblsp Fish sauce
- 1 Large red chilli, sliced
Method
Pound the garlic, shrimp paste, dried shrimp and aubergines to a fine paste. Add the chilies and pound lightly. Add the remaining ingredients (except the sliced red chili) and mix well. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the sliced red chili.
Serve with fresh vegetables, lightly boiled cabbage, yard long beans and fried fish. |
