MethodPound the garlic, shrimp paste, dried shrimp and aubergines to a fine paste. Add the chilies and pound lightly. Add the remaining ingredients (except the sliced red chili) and mix well. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the sliced red chili. Serve with fresh vegetables, lightly boiled cabbage, yard long beans and fried fish.
