Fried Cat Fish Salad PDF Print E-mail

  • 500 gm Cat fish, whole
  • 5 cups Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Green mango, julienned
  • 7 Small green chilies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 3 tblsp Shallots
  • 3 tblsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tblsp Coriander leaves, chopped
ImageSteam the cat fish for 15 minutes. Remove all the flesh and finely chop. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chopped fish until light brown. Remove the fish and drain.

Mix all the ingredients except coriander with the cat fish. Garnish with the coriander.
