- 500 gm Cat fish, whole
- 5 cups Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Green mango, julienned
- 7 Small green chilies, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
- 3 tblsp Shallots
- 3 tblsp Fish sauce
- 1 tblsp Coriander leaves, chopped
Steam the cat fish for 15 minutes. Remove all the flesh and finely chop. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chopped fish until light brown. Remove the fish and drain.
Mix all the ingredients except coriander with the cat fish. Garnish with the coriander. |
