  • 200 gm Chopped beef Image
  • 50 gm Beef liver, thinly sliced
  • 2 tblsp Uncooked roasted rice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground dried red chilies
  • 3 tblsp Chopped spring onions
  • 1 tblsp Chopped Laos parsley
  • 2 tblsp Chopped mint leaves
  • 3 tblsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tblsp Fish sauce
  • 100 gm Beef blood
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve on a bed of Chinese cabbage leaves and fresh tomatoes as garnish.
