Ingredients
Preheat the grill to medium and cook the steak for 4 minutes each side. Leave to cool for 15 minutes. Slice the beef as thin as possible and place in a bowl. Heat the oil in a small frying pan, add the chilies and mushrooms and stir fry for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the beef slices and mix well. Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients thoroughly then add to the beef and mushrooms. Toss gently. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber on a dish and add the beef and mushrooms. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve immediately.
