Fried Rice with Spicy Sauce |

- 2 tblsp Corn oil
- 750 gm Cooked rice
Phrik Nam Plaa Sauce
- 50 ml Fish sauce
- 10 Fresh small green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp Sliced shallots
- 1/4 tsp Palm sugar
- 1 tblsp Lime juice
Mix all the sauce ingredients together to make the Phrik Nam Plaa.
Heat the oil in a wok and add the rice. Mix well and stir fry for 1 minute. Add 3 tblsp of the Phrik Nam Plaa sauce, mix and stir fry for another minute. Remove from the heat and serve. |
