Chicken with Green Pepper |

- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tblsp Chopped garlic
- 300 gm Sliced chicken breast
- 1 cup Green pepper (capsicum), sliced
- 5 Fresh red chilies, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Sliced onion
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 tblsp White soya sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black soya sauce
- 1 tblsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup Basil leaves
Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic and the chicken. Fry until the chicken is browned then add the green pepper and fresh chilies. Mix well, then add the onion and the remaining ingredients, one by one, leaving the basil until last. Remove from the heat immediately and serve.
