  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 8 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 8 Fresh green chilies
  • 300 gm Chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 Fresh red chilies sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tblsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/3 cup Basil leaf

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and green chilies and fry for 1 minute. Fry the chicken in the same oil until almost cooked. Add the red chili, oyster sauce, fish sauce and soya sauce and cook for a few minutes. Add the basil leaves prior to serving.
