Ingredients
- 3 tblsp Sugar
- 3 tblsp Water
- 1/3 cup Fish sauce
- 1/2 cup Lime juice
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 Thai chilies (prik kee noo), minced
- 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
Method
Mix together the sugar, water, fish sauce, and lime juice in a bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the garlic, chili, and shallot and leave to stand for 30 minutes before serving. |
