Isaan Spicy Dipping Sauce |

Ingredients
- 6 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tblsp Shallots, sliced
- 1 tsp Galangal, chopped
- 2 tblsp Anchovies, finely chopped
- 1 tblsp Lemon juice
- 1 Dried red chili, pounded
- 1 Kaffir lime leaf, chopped
- 1/2 Stalk of lemon grass, sliced finely
Method
Dry fry the garlic, shallots and galangal for 3 minutes over a medium heat.. Chop finely and pound with the remaining ingredients in a mortar. Serve. |
