- 200 gm Chopped beef
- 50 gm Beef liver, thinly sliced
- 2 tblsp Uncooked roasted rice
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground dried red chilies
- 3 tblsp Chopped spring onions
- 1 tblsp Chopped Laos parsley
- 2 tblsp Chopped mint leaves
- 3 tblsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tblsp Fish sauce
- 100 gm Beef blood
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve on a bed of Chinese cabbage leaves and fresh tomatoes as garnish. |
